SGS3 Otterbox Defender Replaced
June 02, 2013 3:43 PM

My Galaxy S3 case started crapping out only 8 months after installing it. The silicon skin was stretching so bad the phone wouldn't fit in the belt clip. Apparently this is a common problem with this model, so I thought I'd take a chance and send OtterBox an email about it. Not only did my email work, they replied on their day off only a few hours later saying they'll send me a brand new one! It may take 3 weeks to get here, but that's better than nothing, now that's great customer service!

COMMENT: Actually, I`m glad you emailed them. We didn`t know this but it`s apparently their policy to replace products within a year if anything goes wrong.
