Cheese Cake Rocket

     For my birthday this year Khine wanted to give me a cake like I had never seen before, and she sure did! She fashioned a rocketship from a 2 lb block of Monterey Pepper Jack Cheese, my fav cheese, and served it with my fav dish, Spaghetti! Sweeeeeet.
