Introduction

____ We are inevidibly running out of time. For decades now we have been destroying ourselves at a suicidal pace. We have polluted and pilfered this planet to the brink of extinction. Our main problem is simple, we are addicted to energy and petrolium. Without these, the world would be as simple as it was during prehistoric times and with the way society is, it will try to never let this happen.

____ Believe it or not, at the current rate, the world's supply of oil will be exhusted in only 50 years from now! We can hardly imagine a world without television. Try imagining one without cars and other gasoline dependent items. We must find an answer. And its not going to be easy because people are hungary for money. If a good idea is out there it may never see the light because, as long as there is an idea that will make more money, you can bet it will be followed out first. There is a rumor that we have the technology today to make vehicles that can run using water as fuel! If this is true, just think of all the benefits this could bring. No more waisting money on gas or worrying about the ozone layer. But will we ever see this technology? No, of course not! This would put the oil companies out of business now. The technology to save the world is out there, we're just too greedy to use it.

Theory

____ Here is the idea. We need a way to get "free" energy. Now this would never work or all laws of physics would not exist. But there are ways to get energy easily (well not real easy). We need a reaction that produces more energy then we put into it. The only way this could be possible is by the release of stored energy. So now all we have to do is find a source. And the answer is all around us. WATER.
