About the Team
	____ Team Radiation is the newest member of Robotic Combat Sports. We are currently a team of 2 guys who were inspired by the brilliance of the builders on the show BattleBots. I, Team Captain Dan, saw that first battle of the machines, and immediately knew my calling. I quickly informed Shane of my new discovery and he agreed this was truly great material, we knew we had to belong to that class of people. Because we were already involved in electronics and engineering, we quickly established a team to organize our projects and ideas.
	____ I named us Team Radiation because I wanted a name that strikes fear in people at the very utterance of the word. Radiation, it's something most people don't know much about, but they do know it's dangerous. The perfect description. Also we live in York Pennsylvania, which is not to far from the Nuclear Power Plant, Three Mile Island (TMI). This puts a small sense of "home" right into our team name.

	____ Currently we have not engaged in any matches, there just isn't that much competition around here. But we build any ways because the construction process has become a hobby. And a very expensive hobby at that. Most people have no idea how much time and effort goes into the making of just one of these machines. It's a long grueling undertaking but its all worth it when you can stand back and say "Yup, I made that." We are in the progress right now of finalizing our most intimidating robot, Uranium 235.
