I had to go back to Okinawa a third time to help get the radio issues worked out, only this time, we took a weekend trip to Tokyo. We found a cheep domestic airline for only about $300, but on the way back there was a typhoon and our flight was canceled so we ended up having to take a regular flight back costing a whole lot more. All in all, it was fantastic to finally see Tokyo, such a lively city, unlike NY, this town REALLY never sleeps, people out and about ALL night long. And there is so much geeky-ness everywhere! We even visited the Naritasan Temple out side of Tokyo, very peaceful and serene. Quite a long time to be away from home, but a great trip all around!
