Primary Fermentation

Just finished bottling my 8th beer batch, a classic American Cream Ale. I started it around the first of march and just finally got it into bottles. This batch was the first batch to use my new brew pot, a 30qt stainless steel stock pot from K&S world market for only $50, and an all copper immersion chiller complete with electric water pump. After secondary fermentation, on bottling day, I gave it a little taste to get an idea of how the final product would turn out and it was quite good! In fact, I drank a whole glass, can't wait for the final product in about 3 more weeks.
