Hookah Lounge

Saturday night we went out to a section of town I had never been to before, west Nashville, the Vanderbilt side. Not only is this part of town as nice as central Nashvilles downtown, it also has quite a variety of places to go and see. Having a college near by tends to lend a helping hand in that matter, the cultural diversity is more prevailent.
So we went to Aladdins Hookah Lounge. Getting there wasnt too bad, it's off the Main street so you have to know about it to find it, though. Parking was pretty rough, the spots are abundant, but like I said, this area is pretty active. In side there are black lights, lots of middle eastern decore, Arabic music, and every so often a real belly dancer! For a westernized place, it maintained the Arabian Theme very well. There was a good selection of beer on tap, and of shisha for the Hookah. The girl said you have to get 1 hookah per 2 people, which I think is sort of rediculous seeing as how you typically share one with up to 7 people, but we still insisted on 2, no body said anything. Hookahs are $10 each for the night, and they come around constantly with a plate of hot coals to keep the heat plate hot. All in all, a pretty nice place for the prices.
