BinaryBedlam: Lynchburg, TN

Another little thing local to this area we've never done, tour the Jack Daniels Distillery. Quite litterally in the middle of nowhere is the tiny town of Lynchburg TN. It's about 1.2 hours south of Nashville. There isn't too much to see on the way there, and the only other thing to do after touring the facilities is to walk around the town square, but for a free tour, it actually isn't that bad. There are videos, a bus, group photos, and it all takes a little over an hour. After seeing everything and getting drunk off the fumes (can't sample anything because Moore county is dry) you can head down town. Lynchburg is basically the unofficial gift shop for the distillery. Everything there either sells Jack Daniels merchandise or things hand made from old Jack Daniels items (i.e. barrels, bottles, charring wood). If you're in the Nashville area, definitely something worth checking out.
