File:   5.JPG     Desc:   Apparently St Louis is allowed to have casinos... on the stipulation that they be 'over' water. So all the casinos in St Louis are down by the river front either on a steam boat, or in a building where part of it overhangs the river.

Comment:     what kind of rule is that... o_O maybe its a backup plan in case the casino dont work out, they just got to blow the floor and its gone with the flow :) St Louis is one of the 5 cities 4 hours drive away from where I'm at but didnt get a chance to head down with Kirsten to take a look. Might do that when she comes again.
