Mosquitoes!
September 15, 2006 05:19:26 PM
Well I certainly fcked up :-/ I had some extra time today, so after school stuff and work, I decided to go to the junk yard again to get some more stuff before it starts getting really cold outside. Right before I was ready to go, it was my rationalle that, it was pretty cold last week, and its getting pretty late in the season, so most of the bugs should be dead, it's kinda warm today, so ill go ahead and wear my shorts.
Man was that a big mistake! There were more mosquitoes swarming around than i had ever seen! I mean they were on me like ants to an open sugar jar. While i was working, i was swatting visciously, but I dont think it did any good, I have a feeling, tomorrow I will be so itchy it will be absolutely rediculous, my amrs and legs will look like the face of a sci-fi computer-loving teenager who just slathered his face with a handfull of fryer greese :-/

COMMENT: Ouch! =( I'm sorry you feel that way.

"Shortly before or after mating, she takes a meal of blood to provide the eggs with protein." It's to take on the more responsible role of ensuring the propagation of future generations.

COMMENT: You raise a good point. And, at least she doesn't eat the male after they mate.....it's just bad manners...
