Sprained Ankle

        I fell off the porch while rushing around trying to get all my yard work done and ended up ratcheting my ankle 90 degrees in a direction it's not supposed to bend in. The sudden pain was so intense I was instantly made light headed and thought for sure I had broken it. After icing it and elevating it for a bit I found that it could bare weight, so we concluded it was sprained and not broken. Ironically this is the same foot on which I destroyed my big toe a few weeks back (also while running through the back yard)! Now my foot is missing a big toe nail AND is so swollen that none of my shoes fit :-/
