Suitcase Servers was founded in early 2005 after a personal site dedicated to a spare time project got a little too much attention.
We are now dedicated to bringing you a truely unique, hand made, and completely custom computer case.

Terms of Service
Please read all of the following information. By ordering from us, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may change at any time without further notice.
Definitions:
1.) Under these terms, Suitcase Servers may be defined as "us", "our", or "we".
2.) Under these terms, the customer may be defined as "you" or "your".
Warranty Information
Due to the small size of Suitcase Servers, we are unable to accept refunds, returns, RMA’s (sending back for an exchange), or any warranty/service not mentioned herein.
As an extra precaution, Suitcase Servers tests all case components before we ship. We test our network patch panels against connection defects, but not against data transfer defects.
Parts/Server Warranty:
Suitcase Servers will offer a small warranty with each server case we sell.
This warranty will be valid for 90 days from the delivery date of the case.
We will cover the following items against failure, replacement is free of charge within the specified warranty time frame:
-Up to two (2) fans.
-Up to two (2) LED’s
-Up to two (2) 12in Cold Cathodes
Items not covered under this warranty include case itself, power supply, power supply accessories, hard drive racks, motherboard rack, Lexan window, patch panel, fan controller, data/power ports, and any fasteners or accessories used in case construction.
No other components are covered under warranty. Suitcase Servers in not responsible for any other components that may fail.
There are no other warranties either expressed or otherwise implied.
Packaging/Shipping:
Suitcase Servers uses shipping insurance for every outgoing server or package for its full value with UPS. We also note the fragility of each package with UPS. Suitcase Servers will never ship a damaged or neglected server or package.
If your server arrives in any unsatisfactory condition, Suitcase Servers will provide you any information required to take up the matter with UPS.
Privacy Policy:
Suitcase Servers holds your privacy and personal information with the utmost respect. Your personal information is defined as your name, email address, phone number, home address, and any and all payment information. We will never sell, rent, or share any of your personal information to any third parties.
We do not store any of your personal information on or behind our website servers. Any stored information is held offline, only accessible by Suitcase Servers personnel for security reasons.
Your information will only be used if and when we need to contact you about an order or other business reasons.
Linking
Feel free to link Suitcase Servers or www.suitcaseservers.com in any online website or online forum.
Do not link to our site through any physical or print medium without our granted permission. This applies to linking us in any newspaper, magazine or other printed material.
In either case, do not link Suitcase Servers or www.suitcaseservers.com in a false, slanderous, or untrue manner.
Disclaimer of Liability
1.) Suitcase Servers (www.suitcaseservers.com) is not liable or responsible for any damages caused by any of our products. These damages include damage to any computer components installed into our cases, damage to the case's surroundings, or damage to your personal health. This also includes damages to your home or electrical system, and injury to any person(s) involved with the use of our product.
2.) No Suitcase Servers (www.suitcaseservers.com) partners, employees, suppliers, or any affiliated party can be held responsible for any damage cause by any of our products or services. Suitcase Servers itself is not liable or responsible for any damages caused by any of our products or services.
Payment Information:
At this time, Suitcase Servers accepts Paypal and Money Orders. When ordering, do not send us any paypal payments or money orders until we confirm that your case will be built. The quote you will recieve after you submit and order DOES NOT mean your case is under construction, it only means you have been added to our list and will be contacted when we are ready.
