Frequently Asked Questions

Question: Is this the exact case available for sale?
Answer: The case we are offering looks and functions identical to the one pictured. We have made several design improvements over the original case on the ones we are currently offering.

Question: Can I buy a complete system? With motherboard, hard drives, and all?
Answer: At this time we are only offering the case itself for sale. In the future we may offer complete systems, check back later for updates.

Question: Looks pretty tight in there, any trouble with hardware not fitting?
Answer: The case DOES require the use of low profile PCI/AGP cards. PCI/AGP riser cards could be used to avoid any fitting problems with fullsize cards, at the cost of the use of other PCI/AGP slots. It takes a standard ATX power supply and motherboard with no trouble. We used the stock AMD heatsink/fan and it cleared with no problem. We recommend using a motherboard with integrated video, but low profile graphics cards are not difficult to find.

Question: How is the airflow in one of these cases?
Answer: Although we have no exact temperatures, I can say that we ran a server (Athlon 2200+, 1 GB ram, 4x 250gb hardrives) in this case for weeks on end with no performance or stability issues. This case pushes a good amount of air through the system.

Question: 8 fans in there, sounds a little loud?
Answer: This case, combined with hardrives and other heatsink fans, is dramatically quieter than most comperable systems and quieter than many dedicated servers. The fans are rated at 28.3 dBA.

Question: Can you turn off the internal case lighting?
Answer: You can turn off the cold cathodes easily, they are controlled by a rocker switch on the outside of the case. The LED fans cannot be turned off as long as the computer is on, due to the way the fans are made.

Question: What are your terms of service?
Answer: The terms of service can be found on the "About Us" page of the site.

Question: Is there any sort of warranty on these cases?
Answer: The warranty information is on the "About Us" page of the site.

Question: Once I have been notified that my order is going to be filled, how long will it be before my case is delivered?
Answer: Please allow 3-5 weeks at most for case construction and delivery.
